Drivers love the Nissan Frontier for a lot of reasons. With a plethora of configurations, there's a Nissan Frontier for everybody.
In fact the Frontier is so well loved, its already received 4 awards this year! To start, the Frontier took first place in the Midsize Pickup Truck Category at the Texas Auto Writers Association (TAWA) 2011 Texas Truck Rodeo. Next in line, a place on Kelley Blue Book's "Best Resale Value Award: Top Ten Models" list. Third, top honors in J.D. Power and Associates' Top Midsize Pickup in their 2012 Vehicle Dependability Study. Most recently the truck landed was lauded by Insure.com, and earned it's a place on their Least Expensive Vehicles to Insure list.
The annually published list, is a cross-section of nine-hundred vehicles in the United States, and the average cost to insure them based on the prices in ten zip codes in each of the 50 states. Amy Danise, Editorial Director of Insure.com says, "Our annual rankings provide consumers with a view of the best insurance deals of the year. If you want to save money on your next insurance bill and you're in the market for a pickup truck, the Nissan Frontier is an excellent choice."1
We'd be lying if we said we were surprised by this honor. And neither is Nissan. Al Castignetti, VP and General Manager of the Nissan Division of Nissan North America, says, "We've had a lot of fun in our recent advertising showing the Nissan Frontier in extreme fantasy situations, such as skiing down mountains or serving as emergency landing gear for a jet airplane, but the truth is, Frontier is a great purchase option for many practical reasons."2
We could drum on about all of the reasons the Frontier is a practical, hard working, cost conscious investment, but we think it's best understood in person. And by that, of course we mean, we'd love to see you down here at Firkins Nissan in Bradent for a test drive!
