Our Firkins Nissan Service Department is staffed with the most qualified factory-trained and certified technicians and state-of-the-art equipment.
Our experienced Service Advisors - Jennifer Taggart & Brad Clark - will meet with you, review your service needs and ensure that all questions you have are answered fully. They will also review the work that needs to be done, describe any issues or details of that work, along with any special instructions. Please bring your warranty booklet, extended warranty policy and/or owners manual with you.
We offer extended Saturday hours for those that may need them, as well as a Courtesy Shuttle and a "Night Drop" option. In our customer service lounge you will find refreshments along with a comfortable seating area. The lounge has magazines, free wireless internet, cable tv and the daily newspaper for you.
